Total order fulfillment time with UPS express: 8-10 business days.

International orders will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which meansthat all relevant import taxes and duties are not included. You will need to pay additional local state duties at the time of delivery of your orders.

Parcels to the USA are not subject to customs duties and taxes. Additionalpayments on delivery are not charged.

• Returns are technically possible, but complicated for both sides. Please clarify all necessary details through the support operator beforeordering.

• Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order.

• If the Customer does not receive the parcel within 10 calendar days from the moment of arrival in the destination country, the parcel will be disposed of by the default carrier without a refund.
